I just had the best fish and chips i'd eaten for the last five years. the batter was light and airy. the hoiken was fresh and moist. my wife's perch was grilled perfectly. the chips were crisp and tasty. the oil used to cook the fish and chips tasted clean and fresh. thanks aussie bob's.
