Hi , stacy normally flakey jakes fish and chip in franks ton it is a takeaway food shop . there is no toilette to provide for public to use . on good friday 20011 floor was wet and it 's unsafety for us to let you use our toilett . you should understand . kids and pregnants ladies for use my own toilet when the walk way are clear and safe to go then we will bring you to the toilet by one of us . as we are the management of flakey jakes felt very sorry stacy for that busy easter good friday .

All i want to say is that on easter friday, when all shops were shut and only this shop was open, it was the most horrible day of my life no thanks to this shop! 30 degree's, pregnant with twins, my car broke down outside. strangers pushed my car off the road. i needed to use the bathroom and this shop refused me. it was about a 15 minute walk for me to train station, might sound like not far but trust me, in the heat, with twins, it's like climbing everest. i really feel that they should be ashamed. i actually asked twice (had someone else go in for me as well) to basically beg!

In this year 2010, august _____ we are new owner and we would like to tell you some sweets/food that we added to improve our service ect.
we sell chocolates such as dairy milk chocolate, timeout, cruchie, picnic, boost, kitkat, milky bar ect, we also added some food !
we now also sell fried chicken wing in batter and crumbs, smoothie, fresh juice, ice- spider, fruit salad, pumpkin cake and slurpee! we hope you enjoy the new food/sweets we added.

I have lived around the corner from flakey jakes for 8 years, and the new owners are the most polite that have ever been there, i stopped going there 2 years ago when the old owners were there as the food was crap, i went there today as the new owners have now been there for 3 months, the shop is the cleanest it has ever been, and the fish is all fresh and on display for you to choose, the batter is thin and crispy, and the family who run flakey jakes now, are friendly and polite, i will eat there 2/3 times a week again. 10/10 i recommend you go back and try the new flakey jakes (jas)

Flakey jakes has resently under new management, the food and service has inproved heaps, there is nicer staff and food, everything is cooked fresh, but the battered frankfurts are hard but sometimes nice it really depends on the atmosphere but over all its good!
