ordered 3 pizza and they were not eaten., They were terrible.they tasted frozen., the seafood pizza was horrible. the pastry was frozen, the seafood smelt. would not recommed.

I enjoyed it each time I've gone there.
Pizza toppings are generous...
Lovely variety at buffet.
They might play the music just a little loud sometimes so it's difficult to sometimes hear what people at your table are saying - but all in all I love it and enjoy going there and find they have fantastic pizza's and we've had good service and the pizza delivery was really quick and fresh...
I've worked in a resturant business before and all of them have their weak points...so... and i usually found people who complained the most were the lazy ex-workers so...but that's just been my experience...

for one I know the food isn't fresh there and it comes out of the fridge and gets reheated i worked there never got paid the pizza taste like shit.

after working at don louies for 2-3 years we know that it is actually a fabulous place to work. the manager/owner is extremely nice and looks after her staff very well. the price is very resonable for what you get ($15.95) and the service we provide is splendid. we would help our customers and serve them to the best of our ability to help them get the most out of their meal. however, we have always been taught to not tolerate rudeness as some customers think they can dictate the terms and conditions just because they have 'paid for it'. this is not the case. it's a great place for familes to dine out and is obviously a good meal as we are booked out almost every night of the week. :)

After making a booking, our party of 9 was very disappointed to find that several of the dishes were exhausted prior to our arrival, and there was only 4 pieces of pizza for us to choose from.
We were rudely informed by the manager that there was no food because they had been 'very busy', and if we didn't like it we should 'get out and never come back.'
Upon leaving the establishment, the manager took it upon herself to close the roller shutters (much to the bemusement of the patrons still inside), while swearing and shouting abuse.
I certainly won't be back, and encourage others to seek a 'cheap feed' elsewhere.

i heard from someone that has worked at don louies that its a shit place to work and thats why no one hands in resumes for drivers or anything, i would change the atmosphere of your place and make it a place that people want to work in
